2026/2027 Certificate and Diploma Admission Selection Round One

All prospective students are advised to observe the following:-
i. Reporting Date: All students are required to report to the University on 19th October 2026.
ii. Orientation Programme: Attendance at the mandatory Orientation Programme, which begins on
20th October 2026, is compulsory for all new students.
iii. Joining Instructions: Joining instructions and other important information are available on the
University website: www.rucu.ac.tz.
iv. Commencement of Studies: Academic activities will officially commence on 27th October 2026.
Please note that your admission offer will remain valid for two (2) weeks from the official opening date
of the University. Failure to report within this period without prior communication may result in
forfeiture of your admission.
Important Notes:
i. Applicants whose names do not appear on the Selection list below, as well as applicants who
completed their Certificate programmes at RUCU, are kindly advised to contact the
Admissions Office for further assistance.
ii. Applicants who wish to change their programmes may apply for a programme transfer,
subject to the University's rules and available vacancies.
