How to Apply

Apply online through the RUCU admissions portal.

Applications for the 2026/2027 academic year are made online through the RUCU admissions portal. Prospective students may also visit the Admissions Office on campus for guidance. Application requirements vary by programme and academic level.

Before you start, have ready

  • Your Form Four index number
  • Your academic documents
  • A valid phone number and email address
  • Your sponsor's details
  • Your programme of choice

The steps

  1. Create an account on the admissions portal and enter your Form Four index number.
  2. Upload your academic documents and confirm your contact details.
  3. Add your sponsor details and select your programme of choice.
  4. Submit and wait for the final decision.

Levels of study

RUCU admits students at five levels: Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor, Masters and PhD.
