It connects RUCU with international partners, coordinates cross-border academic programmes, facilitates student and staff mobility, and mobilizes resources to strengthen research, innovation, and academic excellence.
The office manages exchange programmes, leads international development initiatives, oversees grant proposals and fundraising activities, and coordinates diplomatic and academic protocol engagements.
