The Chaplain provides spiritual guidance, pastoral care, and moral support to the university community. The office upholds ethical values, Catholic identity, and faith-based standards in line with RUCU's ownership under the Tanzania Episcopal Conference (TEC).
It organises liturgical services, counselling, and charitable initiatives, and supports students and staff in their personal, academic, and social journeys. Through its mission, the Chaplaincy fosters spiritual growth, integrity, and community cohesion as key dimensions of university life.
